About Us

Started in 1998 as National Piano Finance and Leasing Company (NPFL), Piano Credit Company (PCC) was formed by three shareholders with a passion for music and was originally based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. We welcome all brands and all dealers to provide industry-competitive interest rates on high-priced musical items.

Piano Credit Company offers immediate access to loan requests via our dealer website 24/7. Our website directly communicates with our underwriters and retailers for an immediate response to new loan requests. We also offer an underwriting contact center during regular hours of operation to offer live assistance to your customer and sales staff.

What You Need to Succeed

Simplified financial options are readily available for your customers that cover all makes, sizes, brands, and age of instruments. Specialty finance services, such as "same-as-cash" are available to all dealers. We can also provide additional on-site support staff for special outside sales events to assist with underwriting, paperwork, and supplies at your next sale.

No monthly or annual enrollment charges.

No Quotas

No minimum loan volume requirement. Fill out one application per year or one application per hour, either way there is no penalty.

Our dealer fees can be as low as 0% for a straight term loan (no same as cash) depending on the product/service offered. We also offer a variety of same as cash options.

There is no fee for paying off any of our loans early. Any payment made that is greater than the regular monthly amount is applied directly to principal.

United Midwest offers free and easy to use online bill pay for the consumer’s convenience. Make a one-time payment or schedule payments to occur monthly.

Same-As-Cash Options

We offer a variety of same-as-cash options that do not determine the term length of the loan. This allows the consumer a greater variety of payment options to fit their individual needs. (Participating Dealers Only)
