Retail Internet Banking
The following enhancements are included in the release for Internet Banking on July 29, 2008
Personal and Security Information – A new page, Options, provides access to personal and security information from a single location. Customers can quickly and easily view and edit the following personal and security information from the Options page:
• Password
• E-Mail Address
• Security Data
• Security Question and Answer
• Account Nicknames
To edit an option, click Edit, make the necessary changes, and click Submit.
Navigation – To improve navigation between related accounts, a drop-down list of related accounts has been added to the account pages. By clicking on an account in the list, a customer can quickly navigate to that account.
Account History – Several changes have been made to account history.
o History transactions can be sorted by date, check number, description, debit, or credit. To sort the transactions, click the applicable column heading. When transactions are sorted by date, the balance displays. When transactions are sorted by check number, description, debit, or credit, the balance does not display.
o The Previous Business Day page, which contains transactions from the previous business day, has been renamed to Recent Transactions.
Customers will be able to use Retail Internet Banking during that time without any interruption in service.
